About the Role
We are seeking support for our service team in the day shift of the Michelberger Restaurant, available in part-time or full-time.
Responsibilities
- Greeting our guests
- Building relationships
- Product knowledge and sales awareness
- Beverage production and equipment knowledge
- Guest service / Backoffice work
- Service according to all Michelberger standards
- Knowledge of the hotel and all its events, structures, and procedures
- Willingness to develop and advance within a professional and great team
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a service-oriented restaurant or bar
- Flexibility and willingness to contribute in various areas of our service operations
- Personal passion for gastronomy and enjoyment of visiting restaurants, bars, and cafes
- Interest in high-quality products and sustainable production processes
- Outgoing personality and love for interacting with guests
