About the Role
As a Regional Manager (m/f/d) - East/North Sea Coast, you will strengthen our Operations Team on the German North and Baltic Sea coasts. You will be responsible for the holistic technical and administrative management of our high-class real estate portfolio – from long-term maintenance planning and service provider/contract management to the professional support of co-owners on site.
Responsibilities
- Contract management: utility services, water, internet, alarm systems, etc.
- Property documentation
- Administrative and organizational tasks related to the property
- Coordination with property management companies / homeowners' associations
- Preparation, attendance, and minute-taking of homeowners' meetings
- Follow-up and escalation of outstanding administrative issues
- Onboarding of owners during their first stay
- Coordination and quality assurance of local service providers
- Monthly & Quarterly Property Checks: inventory and maintenance checks of the property
- Identification and documentation of maintenance defects
- Coordination of seasonal maintenance checks and cleaning
- Simple repairs: independent execution of small, uncomplicated repairs
- Coordination of larger repairs with external service providers
- Quality assurance of completed repairs / verification that repairs have been carried out properly and meet MYNE standards
- Support with the handover of new properties on site
- Planning, preparation, and execution of launches for new properties
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management) or a commercial/technical apprenticeship in the real estate sector (e.g., Real Estate Agent)
- Several years of experience in property management, technical facility management, property management, or high-end hotel management.
- Strong organizational skills, negotiation skills in dealing with service providers, and a high degree of personal responsibility and service orientation.
- Fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver's license class B.
