About the Role
Our Student Marketeers are the face of the Red Bull brand and product ambassadors on and off campus. This role involves approaching consumers to drive product trial and awareness, establishing Red Bull consumption in various moments, supporting sales teams with drives and merchandising, and ensuring unforgettable consumer experiences at Red Bull events. Student Marketeers act as the eyes and ears on the ground, gathering consumer insights to inform future business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions.
- Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through sampling.
- Bring the brand to life amongst students.
- Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull availability and visibility.
- Collaborate with sales teams to open new distribution points.
- Leverage Red Bull assets to maintain top-of-mind awareness with consumers.
- Deliver executional excellence with high attention to detail.
- Share ideas and collaborate with the team face-to-face and online.
- Plan activities, report in a timely manner, and provide local insights, trends, and opportunities to the business.
Requirements
- Naturally organised, high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team.
- Student currently enrolled at University.
- A valid and full driver’s license is required.
- Proficient in written and verbal English.
- Qualified to work in Australia.
- Understand and agree to the Privacy Statement and Red Bull Australia Privacy Policy.
- Understand that Red Bull Australia may require evidence of work eligibility.
- Submit true, accurate, and complete information in the application.
