About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead key embedded experiences within Harvey, beginning with the Word Add-In. This role involves enhancing existing products, integrating AI capabilities for complex tasks, and expanding Harvey's reach to new platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Harvey for Word and other drafting tools.
- Manage product development from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Ship tools for drafting, reviewing, proofreading, and finalizing documents.
- Improve onboarding, activation, entry points, and repeat usage to drive daily adoption.
- Partner with Design, Engineering, and AI teams to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability.
- Define the standards for AI output quality in document contexts.
- Engage with lawyers at law firms and in-house teams to gather insights.
- Utilize customer insights and usage data to make informed product decisions.
- Collaborate with PMM and GTM teams to ensure seamless integration and successful customer adoption of Harvey for Word.
- Ensure Harvey for Word aligns with the broader Harvey ecosystem and customer needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a user-facing product with daily usage in B2B or B2C.
- Demonstrated ability to drive user adoption of new workflows.
- Strong product and design judgment with a high standard for craft.
- Experience owning adoption or engagement outcomes.
- Proven ability to use customer insights and data to shape product strategy.
- Experience scaling established products and launching new ones.
- High agency and ability to act decisively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Clear, structured communication skills.
- Ability to influence Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive stakeholders.
