  • Understand the needs of healthcare professionals and create value through product proposals.
  • Manage a designated territory/hospitals, maximizing sales of company products.
  • Become a professional in medical devices to sell, and a partner to physicians who are experts in diseases and treatments, building trust to drive sales.
  • Provide product introductions and information to physicians, discuss surgeries, attend surgeries, and manage appropriate product use.
  • Support surgeries by guiding nurses on instrument assembly and instructing physicians on correct instrument usage.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of sales experience with notable achievements.
  • Basic knowledge of the medical industry, such as nursing, is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required for roles involving vehicle operation.
  • Must not have certain medical conditions that would prevent obtaining or renewing a driver's license.
  • Must not have experienced loss of consciousness due to illness in the past 5 years.
  • Must not have experienced temporary loss of control of any body part due to illness in the past 5 years.
  • Must not have fallen asleep during waking hours more than 3 times a week despite sufficient sleep in the past 5 years.
