About the Role
Design, build, and improve cloud infrastructure and managed services across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments, with expertise in cloud operations, operational design, infrastructure optimization, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Operational design, management, and continuous improvement of cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
- Infrastructure operation, configuration changes, incident response, and improvement in on-premises environments.
- Define operational requirements, estimate, design, and promote operational transfer for new projects.
- Consider and support the implementation of cloud-native solutions.
- Promote operational efficiency through planning and implementing automation solutions.
- Assess customer environments, analyze issues, and propose improvements.
- Construct and deploy Shared Delivery models and standard operational processes.
- Conduct due diligence, operational handover, and client negotiation in IT outsourcing projects.
Requirements
- Experience designing, building, and operating AWS or Azure environments.
- Experience in operational design in public cloud environments.
- Practical experience with Windows Server or Linux environments.
- Experience analyzing customer issues, proposing improvements, and optimizing operations.
- Fluent Japanese (oral and written communication).
- Conversational English (basic reading/writing, everyday conversations, simple business communications).
