About the Role

Our team focuses on developing machine translation technologies for content such as anime, games, and films, aiming to lower barriers to multilingual content distribution and deliver content faster. We are advancing machine translation with unique characteristics, including preserving worldbuilding and creative intent, and considering cultural nuances. We seek talented individuals to accelerate this development.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end development of machine translation technologies for entertainment content localization.
- Model development.
- Design of evaluation metrics.
- Data development.
- Submission of papers to top-tier conferences for research outcomes with academic potential.
- Technology deployment tasks, including model optimization (e.g., compression) and integration into production systems.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in natural language processing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience with Python, C/C++, and Linux/Unix.
- 2 years of experience in machine learning and NLP, using common frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven research ability demonstrated by a track record of conference publications, open-source software contributions, or other scientific activities.
- Knowledge of and experience in LLM development.
- Experience applying LLMs to downstream tasks using supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning.
