About the Role
Zone Managers are the Guardians of the Customer Experience for our stores. They lead from the shop floor, creating exceptional customer moments while coaching and inspiring their team to deliver MECCA Magic every day. This role offers an opportunity to build leadership capability, commercial confidence, and develop skills to lead a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in store
- Drive store success through strong communication and team upskilling
- Engage and motivate the team to meet KPIs and uphold company values
Requirements
- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
- Passion for exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends
