About the Role
The Real World Data Consulting team provides consulting services utilizing Real World Data (RWD) to pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in Japan and overseas. This position leverages expertise in Japanese RWD and healthcare systems to lead collaboration with overseas clients and global project teams. In addition to market research and strategic planning support before and after drug launches, you will be involved in planning and marketing strategies for expanding Japanese RWD solutions into overseas markets. This is a key role that drives the growth of the global RWD business, involving not only project management but also client relationship building and new business proposal activities. We welcome individuals who want to contribute to solving healthcare industry challenges while utilizing their English proficiency and data analysis/consulting experience.
Responsibilities
- Promote RWD consulting and projects for Japanese and overseas pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.
- Plan and promote market research and consulting projects utilizing domestic and international RWD.
- Review and manage the quality of proposals and project deliverables.
- Collaborate and coordinate with overseas offices and internal stakeholders.
- Plan and develop marketing strategies for global solutions utilizing Japanese RWD.
- Develop and improve RWD analysis tools in collaboration with domestic and international AI teams.
- Build customer relationships and develop new business.
- Develop and manage team members.
Requirements
- Experience in analysis utilizing RWD.
- Knowledge of the Japanese healthcare system.
- Experience promoting projects involving multiple countries and departments while collaborating with multinational teams and overseas clients in a global environment.
- Native level Japanese proficiency.
- Business level or higher English proficiency.
