About the Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering EPC/Data center projects within scope, budget, and schedule. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
- Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
- Ensure financial compliance and optimize cost efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction professionals.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and performance management.
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of local codes/standards is imperative.
- Knowledge of EPC or DataCenter
- Prefer the knowledge of Ex&B-Line products
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Knowledge of Code of Ethics/Standard

- Minimum of 10 years Project Management experience
