About the Role

As an Engineering Lead, you will be a team-anchored leader creating closeness, clarity, and responsibility in daily work. Technical quality is seen as a business driver, and you will sustainably develop standards and architectures. You will strengthen autonomy through clear decision-making spaces, promote ownership, and accelerate team decisions while ensuring alignment with other teams and business goals. You will support your team's interests and development, strengthen engagement, and create space for real growth. You will trust your team and foster their self-responsibility. As part of your role, you will guide Engineers in their development, take on performance and hiring responsibility, and work closely with Agile Coaches, Staff Engineers, and Heads of Engineering to continuously develop the engineering organization.
