About the Role
Titan is hiring a Content Lead to build and run our content engine across all channels, including social media, newsletters, webinars, and short-form video. This role involves setting strategy, creating content franchises, producing content with AI, and owning the outcome of building a trusted brand among tech professionals. It is a senior individual contributor role with a path to Head of Content, starting as a team of one with founder support and the opportunity to hire within a year based on demonstrated success.
Responsibilities
- Build content franchises, launching named, recurring formats and retaining successful ones.
- Own content strategy and calendar, determining topics and ensuring consistent content output across channels.
- Manage all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring credible and authentic presence.
- Grow the newsletter and webinars into lead generation engines.
- Facilitate compliance reviews for all client stories and public claims.
- Enable the sales team by creating content that supports closing deals.
- Measure and scale content performance using a brand dashboard, and justify future hires based on data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in writing or content marketing, with at least 2 years as a reporter, editor, or staff writer.
- Proven experience growing an audience from near zero on multiple platforms, with quantifiable results.
- Experience creating named, recurring content formats that resonate with audiences.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Descript for content production.
- 2+ years of writing experience in personal finance, investing, or fintech.
- Experience creating graphics, slides, landing pages, and basic video edits.
- 2+ years of experience working in-house at a company.
- Demonstrated speed and versatility in content creation, as shown in a portfolio.
