About the Role

Responsibilities

Manage procurement to ensure the production is supplied with parts and materials.
Process customer orders and conduct sales talks in the sales department.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and organize trade fairs.
Support the recruiting process for new apprentices and identify top talent.
Review and book invoices and control payments.
Gain exposure to all departments of an industrial company through various training sessions and projects.
Immerse yourself in the daily business of the departments for practical learning.

Requirements

Possess a good secondary school leaving certificate or Abitur (or be close to obtaining one).
Have an interest in economic contexts and some prior commercial experience (e.g., through internships or holiday jobs).
Demonstrate curiosity, a willingness to take on responsibility, and strong teamwork skills.
Possess very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
Be proficient with MS Office.
