About the Role

Brain Co. builds applied AI products for enterprises and is establishing an AI Deployment team in San Francisco, focusing on financial-services clients across the U.S. This role involves working at the intersection of AI product delivery and client engagement, defining, shaping, and delivering solutions for financial institutions. You will own end-to-end engagement delivery, lead teams, build client relationships, and ensure adopted, durable workflows through deployed AI. Accountability includes program execution, measurable customer value, and account growth by building trust and identifying future opportunities. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and senior client stakeholders to translate business needs into working products, staying hands-on with users, making scope decisions, and utilizing AI tools and prototypes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams from discovery through production and sustained use.
  • Set priorities, run delivery cycles, manage dependencies and risks, and maintain client and team alignment on commitments.
  • Understand workflows and prioritize problems with practitioners and sponsors to define product specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Make decisions on what to build, defer, or stop.
  • Build relationships with users and stakeholders to drive adoption and manage process changes for new working methods.
  • Use direct feedback to improve the product and verify sustained use.
  • Agree on outcomes and baselines with clients, track deployment improvements, and address post-launch quality or adoption issues.
  • Own the day-to-day client relationship and communicate with senior sponsors.
  • Connect delivered results to new opportunities and partner with commercial colleagues on expansion proposals.
  • Build or adapt prototypes, test AI output, and collaborate with engineers on technical trade-offs.
  • Partner with product managers to develop reusable capabilities and implementation practices from recurring customer needs.

Requirements

  • Track record of owning complex enterprise programs through production and adoption, with clear examples of personal decisions and results.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple workstreams.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with senior clients and the people doing the work.
  • Experience using AI in your work, understanding its limitations, and discussing data flows, evaluation, human review, and technical trade-offs with engineers.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous problems into useful first releases and make scope trade-offs.
  • Ability to connect delivery to customer value and account growth.
  • Experience driving behavioral and process change in large organizations, aligning incentives, and earning adoption without direct authority.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn an unfamiliar domain.
  • Drive to resolve gaps independently.
  • Financial-services experience is a strong plus.
  • Commercially minded operators from consulting, enterprise software, and other complex industries who can demonstrate domain learning and delivery of lasting results are also welcome.
