This role focuses on enhancing commercial performance, identifying growth opportunities, and translating market insights into effective strategies. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, and Content teams to refine positioning, boost sales effectiveness, and drive product adoption and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for assigned products, translating capabilities into compelling customer value and competitive differentiation.
- Evaluate market opportunities, buyer needs, product performance, and commercial data to identify growth opportunities and develop focused GTM plans.
- Partner with Product to inform roadmap priorities, support product launches, and ensure new capabilities are positioned for successful market adoption.
- Analyze pipeline performance, conversion rates, win/loss trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities to improve revenue performance.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Enablement to develop compelling sales narratives, competitive strategies, enablement tools, and programs that improve sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and Content teams to develop targeted campaigns and programs that support acquisition, expansion, and revenue goals.
- Develop deep expertise in customer needs, buying behaviors, use cases, and competitive dynamics to inform positioning and go-to-market decisions.
- Engage directly with customers, prospects, and customer-facing teams to uncover insights, validate value propositions, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Translate customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends into actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives, aligning stakeholders, managing priorities, and driving projects from planning through execution.
- Define success metrics, track performance, and continuously optimize strategies to improve product adoption, pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact.
- Communicate insights, recommendations, progress, and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership, connecting marketing activities to business outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate market research, competitive analysis, messaging development, content creation, and go-to-market execution.
- Experiment with AI-powered workflows and automation to improve productivity, quality, and scalability of product marketing activities.
- Bring a continuous-improvement mindset, sharing new approaches and contributing to more effective ways of working across the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS, with demonstrated success developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with experience using CRM data, pipeline reporting, competitive insights, and performance metrics to inform decisions.
- Proven ability to develop compelling product positioning, differentiated messaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market programs that contribute to measurable business outcomes.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently own projects, navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and drive initiatives through execution.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership skills, with the ability to align stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and influence without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present clear, actionable recommendations.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate research, develop content, or streamline workflows, with curiosity to continually experiment and learn.
