About the Role
claim.me is seeking a founder's associate intern to drive projects in go-to-market, data analysis, and process improvement, aiming to modernize parcel claiming for online shops with significant ownership and growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Support the full go-to-market journey, from pitch preparation to contract discussions and account management.
- Shape the positioning and sales strategy for claim.me to online retailers.
- Analyze customer, product, and operational data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.
- Improve internal processes and workflows.
- Take ownership of projects that contribute to claim.me's sustainable scaling.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- First hands-on experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment is a plus.
- Fluent German (C2 or equivalent) and English (C1/C2) skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Analytical mindset combined with a hands-on, curious approach.
