About the Role
As an (Associate) Specialist, Commercial Intelligence, you'll help turn complex data into insights that support our German business and contribute to improving access to medicine. You will support commercial decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations, serving as an analytical partner to the German organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market, portfolio, pricing, competitor, and sales analyses to support commercial decision-making.
- Monitor market developments and business performance to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking to support the German organization.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and business case evaluations to support strategic and operational initiatives.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the German business and relevant support functions to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Contribute to the continuous development of reporting, analytical frameworks, and data-driven ways of working.
Requirements
- Hold a relevant degree within business, economics, analytics, engineering or a similar field.
- Have experience working with data, analysis, reporting, or business insights.
- Possess strong Excel skills and are comfortable working with larger datasets.
- Have experience with or an interest in SQL and Python.
- Are familiar with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar.
- Communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable way.
- Work in a structured manner and pay attention to detail.
- Enjoy collaborating with stakeholders and building an understanding of business needs.
- Are curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously learn and develop.
- German language skills (written and spoken) are a plus.
