About the Role
Rypples is seeking a Chief of Staff & Head of Platform to work directly with the CEO to build and run the company's Growth Engine, making Rypples AI-native. This role involves designing and managing AI agents for various business functions, recruiting and managing operating partners and experts, running founder programs, and developing the company's operational playbook.
Responsibilities
- Design and run AI agents for sourcing, diligence, investor relations, and finance.
- Find, onboard, and support board-level operating partners and experts in People, Go-To-Market, and Finance.
- Manage founder programs including Growth Readiness and Ocean Scalers.
- Build and maintain Rypples OS, the playbook for scaling ocean innovation.
Requirements
- Experience as Chief of Staff to a founder-CEO at a fast-growing startup, or founder experience.
- Proficiency in AI and experience building agents and workflows.
- Ability to build quickly, delivering a working version in days.
- Credibility with CEOs and senior operators.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep care for the ocean and the planet.
