About the Role
As our Corporate Recruiter, you will handle full-cycle hiring for headquarters staff and technical roles for Buoy, our sibling organization. You will collaborate with executives and department heads to attract talent for Parachute and Buoy's high-performing teams, and help build recruiting processes, tools, and employer brand to support our growth.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand team needs, define role requirements, and write compelling, accurate job descriptions.
- Proactively source passive candidates, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking and other channels.
- Design and run structured interview processes, including interview plans, scorecards and stakeholder debriefs; ensure our ATS is set up to support consistent and streamlined processes.
- Assess candidates for skills, leadership ability, culture add and fit with a fast-paced startup environment.
- Provide a high-touch, consultative candidate experience and act as a trusted advisor throughout the process.
- Manage offers, including negotiation and closing candidates.
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate) and use data to improve results.
- Keep the ATS accurate and up to date, and continuously improve recruiting workflows as the company scales.
- Help strengthen Parachute’s employer brand through job content, LinkedIn presence and recruiting campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Partner with the People team on smooth handoffs to onboarding.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven success recruiting for corporate roles, including technical roles.
- Strong sourcing skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions.
- Experience with a range of applicant tracking systems, and a track record of quickly getting up to speed.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable tracking and presenting recruiting metrics.
- A strong instinct for practical process-improvement.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace or related software.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on corporate or professional roles.
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced organization; experience with operations companies preferred.
