Join Hotel Woolstore 1888 as a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant at Percy, a restaurant known for its authentic Spanish cuisine. This role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and bar operations, primarily during dinner service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional table service.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Support bar operations and prepare/serve drinks.
- Share knowledge of menu, wines, and beverage offerings with guests.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming restaurant and bar.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service.
- Create memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food and beverage attendant or similar hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service and table waiting skills.
- Previous bar experience and confidence serving a range of beverages.
- Upbeat, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Availability for a flexible roster, primarily evenings, including weekends and public holidays.
