About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Support Worker in this 2:1 package. The client is a young gentleman in his mid-20s who has cerebral palsy, and due to this, the client would require management of his PEG feed, medication and personal care. He is an avid fan of taking trips to the cinema, shopping all whilst offering that vital social inclusion. If you are the person that wishes to make this young gentleman's life that bit brighter, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements
- Access to your own vehicle is essential
- Full valid UK driving licence is essential
- Experience in complex care is essential
- Experience with PEG feeding
