About the Role

As a Senior Product Analyst, Quick Commerce, you will drive data-informed decision-making within the Local Shops team, directly shaping the scaling and optimization of our quick commerce offering. You will help build technology that scales non-food offerings, reach new market segments, and drive revenue growth. Your focus will be the onboarding and integration domain, directly affecting vendor experience and business growth. This is a high-impact role offering analytical ownership and autonomy, working with state-of-the-art in-house tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Local Shops product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define hypotheses, KPIs, and success criteria for product and operational initiatives.
  • Own the full analytics lifecycle: defining tracking instrumentation, running data discovery on product usage and operational metrics, designing experiments, assessing impacts, and building dashboards.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define hypotheses, success metrics, and strategic initiatives for the Local Shops product line.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of operational and product performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
  • Support the implementation of tracking and instrumentation strategies; ensure data integrity and completeness.
  • Design and execute experiments (A/B tests, quasi-experiments) to evaluate product features, pricing strategies, and operational changes.
  • Establish causal inference approaches to understand what drives key metrics and business outcomes.
  • Generate business intelligence solutions and dashboards to communicate insights clearly to PMs, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Document analytical frameworks, KPIs, and insights to ensure smooth continuity with the permanent analyst before contract end.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Analytics, ideally in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in analytics stack: advanced SQL (BigQuery preferred), data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio), and A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target).
  • Experience with event tracking and instrumentation tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar).
  • Understanding of statistical concepts, experimental design, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills — experienced working cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, and business teams.
  • AI tool literacy — comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Gemini) for analysis and documentation.
