  • Solve abstract problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences by working through ambiguity.
  • Make strategic recommendations tangible through proofs of concept, prototypes, and visual narratives, utilizing AI tools for enhancement.
  • Set direction and ensure high-quality design delivery by staying close to the work.
  • Serve as a leading voice in client discussions, confidently sharing perspectives and translating insights into strategic narratives.
  • Document AI's impact on project workflows, delivery, quality, and team performance to evolve practice methods.
  • Contribute to proposals, create case studies, and translate project learnings into thought leadership.
  • Identify unmet client needs and evolving business priorities, sharing opportunities with account leaders for growth.
  • Mentor and support team members, aiding skill development, method utilization, challenge navigation, and career growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Design across various business problems, industries, user types, and platforms.
  • 4+ years leading product design engagements end-to-end, including discovery, synthesis, concepting, and build.
  • Experience designing within and contributing to design systems for consistency and scalability.
  • 4+ years leading the creation of product visions, user journeys, interaction models, flows, wireframes, and rapid prototypes.
  • Strong facilitation skills and executive presence for presenting product strategy and design rationale to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • 4+ years bringing designs to life through high-fidelity UI, accessible design practices, and clear, developer-ready specifications.
  • 3+ years directly managing or coaching designers, with a demonstrated ability to develop independent practitioners.
  • 3+ years working in agile delivery environments and cross-functional teams with product managers, architects, engineers, and data/analytics teams.
  • 3+ years of experience shaping the design of AI-powered experiences, including trust states, fallback and error handling, human-in-the-loop interactions, and agentic workflows.
  • Experience embedding AI tools and workflows into product design practices and modeling AI-enabled ways of working for a team.
  • Recent hands-on experience in product design tools like Figma.
  • Fluency in adjacent areas such as product strategy, engineering, or data and AI, or expanded skillset in a self-directed way.
  • Experience contributing to practice-level initiatives (ways of working, craft assets, onboarding, community forums).
