About the Role
This is a critical engineering hire with broad ownership over core platform infrastructure. Depending on your strengths, you may lead systems that orchestrate research agents, the data layer that models a customer's environment in real time, verification surfaces that prove agent work is correct, or reporting surfaces where hard work translates to CISO-level impact.

Requirements
- Three to six years of engineering experience
- Shipped AI agents in production (real autonomous systems with multi-step reasoning, tool use, memory, evaluation, and failure handling)
- Shipped distributed systems with real failure modes (leases, retries, idempotency, blast-radius reasoning)
- Production depth in at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Daily use of AI-native workflow tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor
- High agency; ability to ship without waiting for tickets and fix issues regardless of code ownership
- Taste for small, reversible changes; ability to know when to extract a helper versus keeping code inline
