About the Role
Lead the architecture design, specification, development, and verification of the CPU subsystem (CPUSS), which is the core function of microcontrollers. This includes optimizing performance, area, and power consumption, planning and promoting RTL design and verification strategies, and implementing functional safety and security requirements. You will also investigate and evaluate new technologies for next-generation CPUSS development and assess and adopt new design methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design, specification, development, and verification of the CPU subsystem (CPUSS).
- Optimize performance, area, and power consumption.
- Plan and promote RTL design and verification strategies.
- Implement functional safety and security requirements.
- Investigate and evaluate new technologies for next-generation CPUSS development.
- Assess and adopt new design methodologies.
- Collaborate with domestic and international development sites and external partners to achieve high-performance, high-quality CPU subsystems.
Requirements
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to all tasks.
- Experience in logic design and functional verification for LSI or IP development.
- Basic knowledge of microcontrollers, SoCs, CPU architecture, and surrounding circuits.
- Experience leading projects or managing multiple team members.
