Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate members through pre-designed workouts.
- Work in a fast-paced group fitness setting.
- Multitask to ensure all class participants have a high-quality experience.
- Help members set and achieve goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
- Ensure members use correct form and offer corrections.
- Understand the science behind workouts, heart-rate focused training, and competitor offerings.
- Demonstrate and explain the usage of all workout equipment.
- Be a team player.
Requirements
- Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification required.
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
