About the Role
We are seeking our first Business Operations lead to own and solve challenging problems end-to-end. You will serve as a trusted partner to founders and functional leaders, addressing needs wherever they arise, from contract renegotiations and compute spend optimization to establishing new functions, managing office moves, and assisting with recruiting. This role requires a proactive individual comfortable with both unglamorous and mission-critical tasks, dedicated to improving systems. The position offers the potential to build and lead an operations team, becoming central to the company's operational excellence.
