About the Role
The Marketing Specialist is a collaborative member of the marketing team responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives across Brand, Sales Enablement, and Digital Growth. This role helps bring marketing strategies to life through coordinated campaigns, digital marketing, content, social media, sales support, events, and other marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing initiatives across Brand and Operations, Sales Enablement, and Digital Growth, ensuring projects are executed on time and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Assist in the development, scheduling, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns.
- Support email marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, content coordination, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
- Support SEO, SEM, and generative engine optimization (GEO) initiatives by assisting with content optimization, keyword and query implementation, campaign coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Support Sales Enablement initiatives by assisting with the development and distribution of sales collateral, presentations, promotional materials, campaigns, and other resources.
- Assist with local and company-wide marketing initiatives, brand consistency, promotional programs, and communications.
- Support Digital Growth initiatives designed to increase website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Assist with vendor coordination, promotional materials, branded merchandise, print projects, and other marketing-related needs.
- Balance multiple projects and requests across the marketing organization while communicating priorities, deadlines, and project status.
- Perform additional marketing responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field and at least one year of related professional experience, or two years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and social media management tools.
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and generative engine optimization (GEO) principles for improving visibility in AI-driven search experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to successfully complete background check and drug screening.
