About the Role
Loyalist is building the operating system for restaurants to remember their customers, ingesting live data from third-party systems to create guest profiles and automate actions. The role involves shipping end-to-end features, talking to customers, scoping work, and building solutions for restaurant operators to manage their Loyalist instances.
Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end features for restaurants.
- Talk to customers to understand their needs.
- Scope and define feature requirements.
- Build UI for operator-led customer configuration.
- Contribute to moving onboarding from engineer-led to operator-led.
Requirements
- Experience shipping production code.
- Ability to build 0→1 products.
- Familiarity with TypeScript and Python.
- Experience with React and Django.
- Proficiency in SQL and database design.
- Understanding of customer needs and the ability to bridge the gap between customer problems and development.
- Curiosity about restaurants, hospitality, or the physical-world data layer.
