About the Role
We are seeking our first Head of Talent to manage end-to-end hiring for dozens of engineering, design, and go-to-market roles next year.
Responsibilities
- Run a high-touch hiring process, including scheduling, debriefs, and references.
- Manage our hiring brand and recruiting events.
- Partner with hiring managers.
- Source candidates via outbound and referrals.
- Work with our recruiting agencies.
Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a startup.
- Experience hiring both engineering and GTM roles.
- Outbound sourcing experience.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Experience with AI-native tooling and process.
- Being the first talent hire at a company is a big plus.
- High agency and always networking.
- Non-traditional backgrounds (founders, VC, events) welcome.

- In person 5 days a week
Salary/Compensations
- $140,000-$180,000
