About the Role
This is a mobile, multi-site role providing variety across different client facilities and the opportunity to work on planned, reactive, and project-based maintenance. Reporting to the Facilities team, you'll be responsible for delivering electrical maintenance services across multiple client sites throughout Sydney.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned, reactive, urgent and ad-hoc electrical maintenance
- Fault finding, diagnostics, repairs and inspections
- Supporting electrical and building services maintenance
- Completing PRA and Job Safety Analysis before commencing work
- Travelling between sites as required
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders and office staff
- Maintaining high standards across safety, compliance, KPIs and reporting
- Completing work reports within one business day
Requirements
- A Grade Electrical Licence
- 5+ years' experience in electrical maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with electrical systems and building services
- Construction Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Standards and OH&S requirements
- Ability to work independently and across multiple sites
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality and compliance
- Cabling Registration would be advantageous
- Working with Children Check would be advantageous
