About the Role
Harvey's is seeking an Hourly Supervisor to join our team at the Queensway location. We are dedicated to providing delicious, fresh, home-made food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our team works collaboratively to ensure a Perfect Guest Experience, showing genuine care for every guest and associate.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the flow of the front line, kitchen, and drive-thru while motivating the team.
- Handle issues using operational experience, good judgment, and knowledge of Harvey's policies.
- Take charge and own every shift led.
- Inspire others, bring passion to the job, and act as a role model.
- Embody the Harvey's culture and make every guest's experience a Beautiful Thing.
Requirements
- Possess a positive and friendly personality.
- Demonstrate great communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow Harvey's standards, food/safety regulations, and Health and Safety policies.
- Excellent ability to multi-task and coordinate others.
