About the Role
This role is part of the Urban Greenery Team (Sales) and is responsible for driving growth through new business opportunities in green building and landscaping to expand the company's market presence and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth plans to achieve specific revenue targets and market expansion goals in the APAC region.
- Deliver compelling presentations and business proposals to partners, designers, and consultants to promote urban greenery products and solutions.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, monitor sales pipeline, and provide regular progress reports to management.
- Identify new business leads related to green building through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align messaging, share market feedback, and ensure products meet customer needs.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging markets to pinpoint untapped niches and refine growth strategies.
Requirements
- Strong understanding and passion for urban greening concepts and products is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
