About the Role
As our Distribution Shift Manager, you’ll lead the overall success of your shift, ensuring all transport standards, budgets, and targets are met. Managing a team of 100-170 people, you’ll keep everyone motivated, engaged and on-task, ensuring our products are expertly and efficiently delivered to our valuable customers. You’ll keep an eye on everything and everyone, from the location of cages to transport cost budgets and individual personal development. You’ll also be adept at course correcting plans based on changing information.

Requirements
- Experience leading a team
- Experience driving performance
- Using data insights, trends, and team input to improve department processes
- Prioritizing customer needs to deliver solutions that exceed expectations
- Understanding of DVLA regulations that may impact drivers
- Ability to drive change by influencing others to see the bigger picture
- Multiple stakeholder management skills that drive a culture of two-way feedback
- CPC or the willingness to acquire CPC within your first year
