About the Role
As an Account Associate, you are vital to daily business operations and customers’ success. You will help grow the office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
