About the Role
As an Interior Designer at CUBE 3, you will perform a variety of design and technical tasks, applying standard techniques and knowledge gained through field experience. You will be involved in projects from presentations and material selections to renderings and construction documents, working with an inclusive team of designers on diverse projects.
Responsibilities
- Work with direction from a Project Manager on specific technical design aspects of projects.
- Investigate, evaluate, develop, and implement design solutions.
- Complete work with emerging responsibility for design and document accuracy and thoroughness.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal team members.
- Work closely with the QA/QC team for technical insight and complete project review.
- Provide support for the Project Manager across all aspects of the project.
- Create, review, and evolve concept design options.
- Assign tasks to other team members.
- Deliver within project schedules.
- Provide professional consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of projects of various sizes and scales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years related experience in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, preferably with a focus on commercial work.
- Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a CIDA accredited Interior Design School.
- Versatility and experience in industry standard programs, including Revit, Enscape, and the MS and Adobe Suites.
- LEED AP, WELL AP, Fitwel accreditation and NCIDQ Certification are a plus.
