About the Role
As a generalist Consultant affiliated with the BCG Transform practice, you will work alongside industry leaders, collaborating directly with client decision-makers to guide companies through decisive global changes. You will contribute to BCG Transform's growth in operational and financial restructuring, offer expertise in turnaround projects, analyze financials, identify key improvements, and engage in business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to BCG Transform’s growth in operational and financial restructuring through active case work, client relations, and creating valuable IP and products.
- Offer expertise in turnaround projects across various industries, emphasizing operational restructuring and immediate performance boosts.
- Analyze financials to assess situations and formulate quick action plans.
- Identify key immediate improvements and advocate for their adoption with company leaders.
- Collaborate with BCG and client teams, sharing knowledge both internally and on client sites.
- Engage in business growth activities through client interactions and participation in industry events.
Requirements
- Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in turnaround and restructuring topics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with clients across various industries, helping them tackle their most difficult challenges and create sustainable value.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in team settings and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent oral and written language skills: German and English.
