About the Role
Axos Bank is seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to our Digital Marketing team. This role is the operational backbone for a fast-moving team — managing schedules, budgets, strategic initiative alignment, documentation, and cross-team coordination. This is an ideal role for someone with strong executive or administrative support experience who wants to apply those skills within a corporate marketing function.

- Own team process documentation, ensuring workflows are current, compliant with risk controls, and regularly reviewed
- Track budgets against plan and flag variances for team leads
- Organize and archive files and assets to support compliance, audit reviews, and team accessibility
- Handle sensitive and confidential information (budgets, vendor contracts) with discretion
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors and agency partners on logistics, invoicing, and deliverable tracking
- Manage project workflows in Workfront or equivalent tools, tracking progress and flagging risks or delays to team leads
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across functional teams supporting marketing campaigns
- Compile and format recurring reporting packages (Quarterly Marketing Reports, bi-weekly updates, enterprise MAP reports) using content and definitions provided by the marketing team
- Maintain shared trackers and dashboards, ensuring data is current and organized
- Prepare polished PowerPoint materials and briefing documents for leadership meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative coordinator, or operations support role
- Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through; comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (formatting, tracking, presentation-ready output)
- Experience with project management or workflow tools (Workfront, Asana, or equivalent)
- High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Marketing, financial services, or regulated-industry experience is a plus, but not required
- All offers are contingent upon the candidate successfully passing a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, which includes screening for marijuana.
