About the Role
As a Director of Product Management for Inner Loop, you will drive the enterprise vision and strategy for Capital One's Context Ecosystem, defining how engineers write, test, and ship code at scale. You'll establish foundational measurement frameworks for executive engineering leaders and oversee data products that quantify context effectiveness across the software development lifecycle. This role transforms how Capital One builds software faster, with higher quality, and less friction by translating developer experience metrics into systemic changes. We seek an executive product leader obsessed with measurement methodology to drive massive organizational impact.
Responsibilities
- Drive the enterprise vision and strategy for Capital One's Context Ecosystem.
- Define how engineers write, test, and ship code at scale.
- Establish foundational measurement frameworks for executive engineering leaders.
- Oversee a portfolio of data products that quantify context effectiveness across the software development lifecycle.
- Translate developer experience metrics into systemic changes.
- Transform how Capital One builds software faster, with higher quality, and less friction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
- Experience leading product management teams and strategies.
- Experience leading product for large-scale enterprise platforms.
