About the Role
Lupine Lane is seeking a warm, creative, and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher for our 2-3-year-old classroom. We are an established, family-founded private preschool where children learn through meaningful relationships, hands-on exploration, creativity, and play. Responsibilities
- Plan and lead creative, project-based learning experiences that support children's curiosity and development.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families.
- Foster independence, communication, social-emotional development, and problem-solving through play and everyday experiences.
- Guide children's behavior with patience, empathy, consistency, and developmentally appropriate expectations.
- Lead and collaborate with classroom colleagues to maintain a positive, organized learning environment.
- Observe children's development, document learning, and communicate thoughtfully with families.
Requirements
- Has experience teaching children ages 2-3 in an early childhood setting.
- Understands child development and developmentally appropriate teaching practices.
- Is warm, patient, dependable, creative, and enthusiastic.
- Demonstrates strong classroom leadership, initiative, and teamwork.
- Values positive guidance, meaningful relationships, and ongoing professional growth.

- Early childhood education credentials, a CDA, or a related degree are valued.
Salary/Compensations
- $22–$24 per hour equivalent, salaried position
