About the Role

Supervise collections activities for multiple lines of business within Hauling, overseeing commercial, residential, and roll-off operations. This role works with management to implement tactical initiatives, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to achieve and communicate safety goals and objectives.
Remove unsafe conditions from drivers' routes.
Partner with maintenance to ensure equipment compliance with safety standards.
Oversee safety and accident prevention programs to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Instill a culture of safety through active employee participation and personal commitment.
Meet or exceed expectations related to missed pickup goals.
Resolve service requests, equipment breakdowns, and schedule changes with timely communication.
Interact with customers to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
Serve as a positive representative of the Company to drive customer satisfaction.
Establish productivity goals and manage labor hours and disposal expenses.
Lead drivers to exceed productivity goals for all routes.
Create, modify, and improve routes to maximize density and efficiency.
Reduce route hours through techniques such as service conversions and container upsizing.
Execute operational plans to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
Support service delivery and the operational role in fleet quality and maintenance.
Create a collaborative team environment and drive employee engagement.
Build and develop team talent, understand career goals, and provide coaching for advancement.
Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating professionally with all stakeholders.

Requirements
