About the Role

We are seeking experienced Business System Analysts with strong Payments Domain expertise to support Enterprise Payments Technology initiatives for a leading banking client.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Work closely with Product Owners, Development teams, and Business stakeholders
Support payment system enhancements, integrations, and regulatory initiatives
Participate in testing, UAT, and production implementation activities

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
Strong experience in Payments Technology
Hands-on knowledge of Wire Payments
Hands-on knowledge of ACH/EFT
Hands-on knowledge of Real-Time Payments (RTP)
Hands-on knowledge of SWIFT
Hands-on knowledge of ISO 20022
Hands-on knowledge of Cross-border and domestic payment processing
Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Banking or financial services industry experience is mandatory
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred
