REST API frameworks: FastAPI, Flask or Django REST Framework.
Oracle database experience — PL/SQL, stored procedures, query tuning; cx_Oracle / oracledb driver and SQLAlchemy ORM.
Virtual environments, pip / poetry, packaging and dependency hygiene.
Git-based workflows and code-review discipline.
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
Comfortable owning services end-to-end — from code to production support.
Strong problem-solving on Linux and clear technical communication.
