About the Role
In this role, you will work in a highly collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment focused on creating the most inclusive candidate experience for one of the largest apparel brands in the world. Working in Talent Acquisition means you will be a champion of both the business and talent, supporting a team that ensures candidates and employees have the best interview experience in retail.
Responsibilities
- Partners with Campus Leaders to develop, prioritize, and execute recruiting strategies
- Full life cycle recruiting and pipelining for support/professional positions (e.g., maintenance, operations, asset protection)
- Builds and maintains strong, collaborative partnerships with Campus Leaders and business partners
- Support in the development of recruiting training and curriculum
- Lead the business in providing a consistent and brand-right candidate experience
Requirements
- Recruiter, Sourcer and/or Retail Management experience preferred
- Networking comes naturally to you
- Expertise in innovative sourcing techniques and exceptionally strong networking skills
- Confident, yet humble and can effectively consult and partner with multiple business partners with varying needs to achieve desired results
- Curious and understand the external landscape
- Use marketplace insight and strong business acumen to develop strategies to help meet business goals
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment that is fast-paced and energetic
