Seeking a Senior Business Consultant to provide technical guidance on a customized instance of SPM, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and best practices.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance to the Customer and their chosen Dev Partner on achieving business outcomes using a customized instance of SPM.
Highlight deviations from Out-of-the-Box configuration and best practices.
Flag associated risks and issues.
Build customized reports, identifying any associated risks with requirements and configuration.

Requirements

5+ years of Business Process and Consulting experience.
Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow process implementation and improvement engagements.
Proven experience analyzing and recommending strategies based on desired business outcomes and priorities, and associated industry experience.
Demonstrated experience with Agile Methodology.
