About the Role

As a Consultant, you will manage or lead multiple consulting engagements and ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery for clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, manage project teams, provide strategic direction, execute research and analysis, and support business development activities.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key point of contact for clients and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Manage project teams through the design, development, and delivery of client work products.
Provide strategic direction, problem-solving expertise, and intellectual leadership to clients and internal teams.
Execute rigorous research and analysis to develop clear actionable insights.
Design, structure, and deliver high-quality client reports and presentations.
Identify strategic alternatives and approaches to address complex client questions.
Support follow-on work and identify new business opportunities.
Contribute to the development of intellectual property and reusable assets for future engagements.
Support proposal development and business development activities.
Coach and mentor team members to support both project delivery and professional growth.
Lead or contribute to internal initiatives related to recruiting, training, and team development.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in management consulting within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or healthcare industries, with evidence of career progression.
Strong understanding of key industry dynamics, trends, and strategic challenges.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects or complex workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
Experience leading client discussions, presentations, and workshops.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear strategic recommendations.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
Experience building relationships with senior managers and executives.
Interest in contributing to business development and firm-building activities.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries required.
Demonstrated leadership and people development experience.
Adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.
