  • Participate in troubleshooting and tier-four escalation support for network outages, connectivity issues, DNS failures, application performance degradation, routing issues, and firewall-related incidents.
  • Perform packet capture analysis, traffic analysis, root cause investigations, and performance optimization using approved network diagnostic tools.
  • Support acquisition and integration projects by assessing network requirements, connectivity dependencies, security considerations, and migration planning activities.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, deployment guides, network diagrams, runbooks, standards, and knowledge transfer materials for enterprise network services.
  • Participate in change management, incident management, problem management, and operational review processes while ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, telephony, EUC, security, and business technology teams to support enterprise initiatives and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience designing, implementing, or supporting enterprise network infrastructure services.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise routing and switching technologies in complex multi-site environments.
  • Experience administering Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama management platforms.
  • Experience supporting Meraki networking solutions, including switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and cloud-managed infrastructure.
  • Experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), or similar secure access service edge technologies.
  • Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, network segmentation, routing protocols, wireless networking, VPN connectivity, and network security principles.
  • Experience supporting Azure networking services, including virtual networks, peering, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, network security groups, and hybrid connectivity architectures.
  • Knowledge of network security controls, encryption technologies, access control models, and secure infrastructure design principles.
  • Experience using network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark and enterprise observability platforms.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues across cloud, infrastructure, security, application, and endpoint environments.
