About the Role
Figma's Business Development & Partnerships team accelerates company goals by working with partners to enhance product experiences, expand our ecosystem, and drive user and revenue growth. As a Scaled Partner Manager, you will shape how Figma engages and supports its growing community of technology partners by managing relationships through scalable programs. This role is crucial for connecting our platform to a broader network of builders, developers, and solution partners, fueling innovation across Figma's ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal architect of our scaled partner program by combining traditional partner management with robust program management to create repeatable blueprints and establish and execute on operational frameworks to drive growth with and through our product partners
- Manage and support a portfolio of ~50 technology partners through scalable engagement programs that help partners succeed and drive value for Figma’s users
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, triaging questions and connecting partners with the right internal teams across product, marketing, operations, and enablement
- Develop and operationalize scalable systems such as newsletters, FAQs, and enablement resources to keep partners informed and aligned with Figma’s product roadmap and priorities
- Drive cross-functional execution with product, marketing, and events teams to spotlight partners across the Figma ecosystem, including Config and Figma Community initiatives
- Measure and improve partner engagement, satisfaction, and overall program health by designing repeatable processes and clear success metrics
- Experiment and iterate on new programs that make it easier for developers and integration partners to innovate on top of Figma
- Champion partner and user needs internally, balancing business impact with customer experience to ensure our ecosystem continues to thrive
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology company, with at least 2 years in partnerships, ecosystem programs, partner enablement, or a technical, customer facing role
- Strong communication skills—you can clearly explain both business and technical concepts to diverse audiences and write with clarity and warmth
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams such as product, marketing, sales, and operations, with demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Operational excellence—you love improving processes, building templates, and creating scalable systems that make everyone’s lives easier
- Ability to properly balance the needs of our business, the partner, and the customer through partnerships
- Experience supporting developer or technology partner ecosystems—for example, through app marketplaces, integrations, or API programs
- A background or passion for design tools, developer platforms, or SaaS ecosystems
- Prior experience managing communications or enablement at scale, such as newsletters, webinars, or resource hubs
- Candidates may submit up to 5 applications during any rolling 30-day period.
- Candidates may not reapply to the same role while an application is active or within 90 days of receiving a rejection.
