About the Role
Agile IT is seeking a Sales Project Manager to manage the sales pipeline from prospect to qualified lead, ensuring deals progress smoothly through quoting, follow-up, and ongoing support. This role is crucial for helping defense contractors achieve CMMC compliance and secure their Microsoft cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline health, monitoring opportunities and identifying stalling deals.
- Communicate sales trends, objections, and repeat business insights to marketing.
- Prioritize and assign follow-ups to account executives and track their completion.
- Ensure CRM data quality in Autotask and Zoho, curating fields and financial data.
- Track MSAs and NDAs from draft to signature, managing client and internal stakeholder follow-up.
- Analyze pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Lead special projects such as system integrations and vendor work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience or a product management background.
- Experience managing a high volume of concurrent projects or workstreams.
- Strong data analysis skills to identify trends, track progress, and recommend improvements.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- A friendly disposition and an unrelentingly positive attitude.
