We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on Nursery Manager with high standards and a passion for early years education. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a growing nursery.
- Get to know children, families, and the team.
- Recognize nursery strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Bring about positive change and drive continuous improvement.
- Support, motivate, and develop staff members.
- Ensure happy children, confident families, and a supported team.
- Combine excellent early years practice with confident leadership.
- Take genuine ownership of the nursery, its team, and the provided experience.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within a nursery or early childhood education setting.
- Extensive background working with children, demonstrating a thorough understanding of childcare practices.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to childcare environments.
